HVAC System

At PKB Projects Pvt Ltd, we are aware of how crucial HVAC systems are to the quickly evolving healthcare and related industries. The production of contemporary medications, electronics, and any other product requiring controlled conditions depends heavily on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC). This is in addition to its main function of ensuring a safe and comfortable living space.

The HVAC systems primary duties include raising or maintaining the temperature by adding heat, lowering the temperature by removing heat, maintaining the moisture content of the air by adding and humidifying water vapor, filtering out dust par ticles and biological contaminants like bacteria, viruses, and fungi, and ventilating the air by changing the outdoor and indoor air distribution velocity, flow pattern, and direction of movement and distribution.

Air Ventelation Free Cleanrooms

The quality of the air ventilation in the pharmaceutical sector has a considerable impact on worker safety, material effica cy (raw materials, in-process items, final products, machin ery), and personnel safety.

The acronym HVAC refers to the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning system, which maintains the best possible air quality in accordance with regulations. Validation of the HVAC system is done during a given time frame in order to determine its performance. The HVAC system is validated at three different levels: installation qualification (IQ), operation al qualification (OQ), and performance qualification (PQ). Each stage requires documented proof of the system’s correctness in producing the desired results.

Ducting Of Cleanrooms

Ducting is an essential component of air distribution that keeps the complete HVAC system running smoothly. Are the sections and profiles of your ducts the best available? When employing the best AHUs available, why skimp on the ducts? Cutting edge technology is used by iClean for both sheet metal fabrication and profiling. Modern CAD/CAM equipment guarantees precisely dimensioned components and well-fitting portions.

Air Handling

AHUS are enclosed assemblies made up of sections with one or more fans and other components required for heat recovery, filtration, air supply, and air exhaust. An air handler, also known as an air handling unit (AHU for short), is an element of a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system that is used to condition and circulate air.

Typically, an air handler is a sizable metal box with insulation that houses a blower, coils for heating or cooling, filters, dampers, and sound attenuators. Typically, air handlers are connected to the ductworks that return the conditioned air to the AHU after being distributed throughout the structure. AHUs can occasionally supply and return air directly to and from the space they service without the need for ductwork.
